How The Program Works

Each Program is tailored to a practice’s challenges and goals. Nothing is assumed or treated in cookie cutter fashion.

The first step is getting to know you

We’ll do a comprehensive analysis of where your practice is today. We follow that with a Zoom meeting to review our findings, blind spots, possibilities, and ways to optimize your practice. We talk about your goals, your aspirations, and where you want to be in the future.

THE KEY OUTCOME: Together, we develop a plan.

Meeting With the Whole Team

AN E2E Mountain Summit is scheduled with your entire team where we talk about new possibilities and goals while celebrating all of the fantastic things your team is doing. This is not about finding what is “wrong” with your practice, but finding the way to optimize and change the direction to achieve your goals and aspirations. Our approach is light and non-judgmental. The process is enlightening, enjoyable, even fun.

Meetings
Beginning after the Mountain Summit, two training meetings will be scheduled. One for the dental assistant team and one for the front office team. These meetings will include: business operational systems, streamlined scheduling, work flow, (with a heavy emphasis on clinical efficiency) customer service, and profitability. Regular ongoing monthly appointments will include: Doctor to Doctor E2E Zoom Meetings, lead front desk/Office Manager and lead dental assistant meetings with E2E Coaches who are all working in the trenches as well. Training, support and motivation are the backbone of what we do.

The Curiosity2Clarity
Program

This is a program for Endos who are not content with their practices because of clinical inefficiency, scheduling problems, staff difficulties and/or just general disenchantment with their day-to-day life and income. You will be dipping your toe into the water, and looking through a fresh lens at what’s possible.

Included are four topical, thought-provoking videos around the key aspects of a streamlined, well-run practice. Also included are questions you can ask yourself after viewing each video

The Eye2Eye 6-Month Program

This is a Zoom Program tailored to your practice’s specific challenges and goals.  The program starts with a very comprehensive E2E Questionnaire that explores your philosophy, your mindset, your “why”. Questions regarding the operations, systems, and office culture will be explored. A plan will be created that will guide you and your team through the next 6 months.

You and I will meet individually every month for a 1 hour Zoom Call to discuss ways to improve your practice and to track progress.

The Practice2Practice 12-month Program

This program follows the same journey as EYE2EYE with 2 very important additions:

I come to visit your practice.
+
You and your key staff members will come to Bellingham, Washington to visit mine.

The ability to observe and see office systems and clinical concepts in motion has had a huge impact on many endodontist clients. The one-on-one time together is one of my favorite parts of this program.

You Have Other Options to Augment Your E2E Prgram

You can choose to have our team visit your office for 2 days where we observe your team in action. A review, analysis, and specific details regarding the foundational aspects of your practice will be discussed with you the evening after the first day. We follow that with a live in-person Mountain Summit with your entire staff. At this meeting, E2E will review practice philosophy, streamlined office systems, clinical efficiency as well as celebrate all that is working smoothly.

Some practices also like to visit OUR office. You, your office manager, and your lead dental assistant will come to Bellingham WA to observe and spend the day with Dr. Simcock and team. Being able to see how the team works together is an incredible, eye-opening experience.

After the 12-month program, you will be sent an invitation to be a part of the Monthly E2E Master Mind Program.
